提出一种提升机传动部件监测诊断系统实现方案。阐述了系统的组成、硬件设计、软件功能及组态王开发实现等。采用该系统对提升机天轮轴承进行实时监测,监测数据表明测点运行状态良好。系统实现了提升机传动部件的实时监测和故障预测与诊断,采用组态化设计为监测诊断系统的研发提供了一种新方法。
Proposed a hoist transmission components monitoring and diagnosis system to achieve the program. Describes the system components, hardware design, software development and implementation of Kingview and so on. The system is used for real-time monitoring of elevator wheel bearings, monitoring data show that the measuring point running in good condition. The system realizes the real-time monitoring and fault prediction and diagnosis of the transmission components of the hoist, and adopts the configuration design to provide a new method for the research and development of the monitoring and diagnosis system.
