研究一种高精度单模光纤偏振态模式耦合干涉测量方法,运用短相干长度光源,克服了传统的强度型测量光纤及光纤无源器件方法的缺点。该系统不仅可使测量精度达到-80dB,且可以精确地测量耦合点位置,位置分辨率小于10mm。并给出对Lyot型光纤去偏器的测量结果 A high precision single mode fiber polarization mode coupling interferometry method is studied. The short coherence length light source is used to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods of measuring optical fiber and optical fiber passive components. The system can not only make the measurement accuracy of -80dB, and can accurately measure the coupling point position, the position resolution is less than 10mm.
