瑞芬太尼以其诸多优点被广泛应用于临床麻醉,但其引起的心动过缓现象日益受到关注,多年来很多研究致力于揭示这种不良反应产生的机制,在此过程中也得出很多研究结论。这些研究成果认为瑞芬太尼导致心动过缓的机制有迷走神经的兴奋作用,有交感神经的抑制作用,有对心脏传导系统的作用,还有以上作用的混合因素。现就以往的研究成果与新进展及以后的研究趋势予以综述。
Remifentanil has been widely used in clinical anesthesia for its many advantages, but the phenomenon of induced bradycardia is receiving more and more attention. For many years, remifentanil has been devoted to revealing the mechanism of such adverse reactions, Analysis conclusion. These findings suggest that the mechanism of remifentanil leading to bradycardia has vagal nerve stimulation, sympathetic inhibition, cardiac conduction system, as well as the mixed effects of the above factors. Now on the past research results and new progress and future research trends are reviewed.
