观察 rh EGF滴眼液对兔角膜内皮细胞损伤修复的作用。方法 :36只新西兰白兔机械性破坏双眼内皮细胞 ,每只兔的两侧眼随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组点用 10 0μg/ml的 rh EGF滴眼液 4次 /日 ,对照组点用赋型剂 4次 /日。在选定时间分别观察内皮损伤愈合率、角膜厚度、内皮细胞密度及形态 ,并作内皮细胞有丝分裂的测量。结果 :1术后第 2、 4天 ,实验组的内皮损伤愈合率明显快于对照组 ;第 7天两组的内皮损伤区域几乎完全愈合。 2术后第 7天实验组的角膜厚度明显小于对照组 ,第 10、 14天两组无明显差异。 3术后第 14天和第 2 1天实验组的角膜内皮细胞密度明显高于对照组。 4实验组3H- HDR标记的细胞核数明显多于对照组。结论 :兔角膜内皮细胞损伤后局部点用 rh EGF滴眼液可有效促进损伤的修复
To observe the effect of rh EGF eye drops on corneal endothelial cell injury repair. Methods: Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were used to mechanically destroy the endothelial cells of both eyes. The eyes of each rabbit were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group with 10 0μg / ml rh EGF eye drops 4 times / day, the control group point with excipients 4 times / day. The healing rate of endothelial injury, corneal thickness, endothelial cell density and morphology were observed at selected time points, and the mitosis of endothelial cells was measured. Results: 1, 2 days after surgery, the healing rate of endothelial injury in the experimental group was significantly faster than that in the control group; on the seventh day, the area of endothelial injury almost completely healed. The corneal thickness of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group on the 7th day after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 10th and 14th day. The corneal endothelial cell density in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 14th day and the 21st day after the operation. 4 experimental group 3H-HDR labeled nuclei were significantly more than the control group. Conclusion: rh EGF eye drops can effectively promote the repair of injury after corneal endothelial cell injury in rabbits
