强突出煤层瓦斯压力大,瓦斯含量高,突出灾害严重。传统的预抽瓦斯和保护层开采技术直接作用于强突出煤层存在较大的困难,因此采用理论分析和现场工程实践相结合的研究方法,提出了井上下联合采动卸压储层改造技术,即根据安全性和经济性的原则确定首采层,利用地面钻井改造首采层,抽采首采层的瓦斯,消除首采层开采的危险性。首采层开采过程中,利用原来的地面钻井抽采强突出煤层的采动卸压瓦斯,消除其突出危险性。该方法使现有的矿井瓦斯抽采方法和地面煤层气方法有效的结合,实现煤和瓦斯资源的安全高效开采。

Therefore, by combining the research methods of theoretical analysis and field engineering practice, That is based on the principle of safety and economy to determine the first layer, the use of ground drilling to transform the first mining layer, the first extraction of methane, eliminating the danger of mining the first layer. In the process of the first mining, the original ground drilling is adopted to extract the strong outburst coal to relieve the outstanding danger of gas. The method effectively combines the existing mine gas drainage method with the surface coalbed methane method to realize the safe and efficient mining of coal and gas resources.
