对银川市区632家个体饮食业户调查,68.5%从业人员为外地人,文化程度较低。领取卫生许可证后到期而不及时更换的占30.2%,健康证、培训证持有率为87.2%,其中11.0%为冒名顶替。81.7%从业人员工作衣帽不整洁。72.8%业户食具消毒设施简陋,87.3%的流动摊位无专用消毒设施,致使我市的食具消毒监测合格率从未达到90.0%。从而提示加强个体饮食业的管理已刻不容缓。
In the survey of 632 individual catering households in Yinchuan urban area, 68.5% of employees are non-natives with low educational level. 30.2% of the expired but not timely replacement after obtaining the health permit, the health certificate and the training certificate holder rate was 87.2%, of which 11.0% were impostors. 81.7% of employed workers work in untidy cloakrooms. 72.8% of the households had poor disinfection facilities for utensils and no 87.3% of the mobile stalls had no special disinfection facilities. As a result, the compliance rate of disinfection monitoring of utensils in our city never reached 90.0%. Thus suggesting that strengthening the management of individual catering industry has been urgent.
