社会捐赠是在政府和市场配置资源的基础上对社会财富进行的第三次分配,根据现代行为经济学理论,社会捐赠的影响因素可分为内在动机和外在影响因素,其中内在动机包括利他主义、互惠和获取直接收益,外在影响因素包括公益需求、捐赠主体自身、捐赠方式、非政府组织以及经济政策。社会捐赠的内在动机和外在影响因素共同决定了社会捐赠供给机制。
