我国现有燃油炉约320座,年耗燃油3,600万吨,其中原油、蜡油和柴油约占1/3。以燃煤代替燃油、压缩用油是我国目前解决能源问题的重要能源政策。本文就冶金企业以煤代油的途径谈几点看法。一、直接用原煤代油为了提高原煤在炉内燃烧的热效率,必须废止人工层状燃烧法,推广使用风扇磨煤机的粉煤悬浮燃烧法与往复炉排燃烧法。前者,轧钢中小型燃油加热炉及电站锅炉可以采用。后者,锻造加热炉和其它工业炉、燃油工业锅炉可以采用。
