青少年运动技能等级评定标准化进程的SWOT分析

为落实“青少年体育活动促进计划”的实施,2018年我国首次发布了《青少年运动技能等级标准》(以下简称《标准》).本文主要运用SWOT分析法,对《标准》推行中存在的优势、劣势、机会及威胁进行分析,并提出了相应发展策略:结合学校体育课程标准;面向社会,组织专业化考评培训,壮大考评员队伍;鼓励培训机构引入标准并成立承考基地;转变重文轻体旧观念,培养学体平衡意识,进而为青少年运动等级标准的发展聚集智慧.
