目的:探讨自噬基因BECN1和凋亡抑制基因bcl-2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学PowerVision二步法检测10例正常卵巢、20例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、10例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、60例恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中BECN1,bcl-2基因表达情况,并分析其表达与不同临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:BECN1,Bcl-2均与肿瘤的病理分级,临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关。两者均与肿瘤的病理学类型无关。BECN1和Bcl-2表达之间呈正相关。结论:BECN1和bcL-2基因共同参与了上皮性卵巢肿瘤的发生发展过程。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and relationship of autophagy gene BECN1 and apoptosis-inhibiting gene bcl-2 in epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods: The expression of BECN1 and bcl-2 in 10 cases of normal ovary, 20 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor, 10 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and 60 cases of malignant ovarian tumor were detected by immunohistochemistry PowerVision two-step method , And analyzed its expression and the relationship between different clinicopathological parameters. Results: BECN1 and Bcl-2 were all related to tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Both have nothing to do with the pathological type of the tumor. There was a positive correlation between BECN1 and Bcl-2 expression. Conclusion: BECN1 and bcL-2 genes are involved in the development of epithelial ovarian tumors.
