党员在居住地发挥作用对于创新党的基层组织的工作理念、整合党的组织资源、拓展党员教育管理的新途径具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。从上海市部分地区的实践看,组织机制、工作机制、活动机制、管理机制和评估机制的创新是确保党员在居住地发挥作用的重要内容。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance for party members to play a role in their place of residence in order to innovate the party’s work philosophy of grass-roots organizations, integrate the organizational resources of the party, and broaden the party’s education and management. From the practice in some parts of Shanghai, the innovation of organizational mechanism, working mechanism, activity mechanism, management mechanism and evaluation mechanism is an important part of ensuring that party members play a role in their place of residence.
