文章阐述了我国新型大功率交流传动客运电力机车轮对驱动装置的结构组成,分析了各关键部件的结构特点及设计方法;并在建立驱动装置整体有限元分析模型的基础上,根据线路实际测试的动载荷对齿轮箱、电机悬挂横梁、电机悬挂部件进行强度仿真分析;同时,介绍了驱动装置密封和温升试验情况。以上工作表明,新型客运电力机车轮对驱动装置各部件设计合理,性能可靠,可满足我国既有线快速客运的需求。
This paper describes the structure of the wheel-drive unit of the new high-power AC drive passenger electric locomotive in China, analyzes the structural features and design methods of the key components, and based on the establishment of the overall finite element analysis model of the drive unit, Of the dynamic load on the gearbox, motor suspension beams, the motor suspension components for strength simulation analysis; the same time, introduced the drive seal and temperature rise test situation. The above work shows that the new passenger electric locomotive wheel drive components designed to be reasonable, reliable performance, to meet the needs of our existing line of fast passenger transport.
