徐卓呆曾在近现代中国的体育教育、话剧演出、小说创作、电影等领域留下过重要的足迹。本文考察了以往研究未曾提及的徐卓呆的日本留学经历,即他在日本体育会体操学校留学以及留学期间的创作和翻译活动。翻译使他获得了创作上的启发,日本这个窗口让他感知到了时代的脉搏,这些都为他此后的文学创作以及登上戏剧舞台提供了良好的铺垫。 Xu Zhuo stayed in the modern China’s physical education, drama, novel writing, movies and other fields left important footprints. This essay examines what Xu Zhuozhuo did not mention in his previous studies about studying in Japan, that is, he studied and studied at Japan Gymnastics Gymnastics School as well as creative and translating during his study abroad. The translator gave him creative inspiration. The window of Japan made him aware of the pulse of the times, which provided a good foundation for his later literary creation and the stage of the drama.
