小剂量(75～150mg)阿司匹林(ASA)是防治心脑血管疾病(心肌梗死、脑梗死等)的基本药物之一。布洛芬是非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs),广泛应用于儿童和成年人。但长期服用小剂量阿司匹林预防心血管疾病,能否同时服用布洛芬治疗慢性疼痛,是人们普通关注的问题。本文对阿司匹林与布洛芬相互作用的有关文献进行综述,供临床安全用药参考。
Small dose (75 ~ 150mg) of aspirin (ASA) is one of the basic drugs for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, etc.). Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs), widely used in children and adults. But long-term use of small doses of aspirin to prevent cardiovascular disease, whether taking ibuprofen at the same time for the treatment of chronic pain is a matter of common concern. This article summarizes the relevant literature on the interaction between aspirin and ibuprofen for clinical safety reference.
