2001年,我负责小学五年级一个班的语文教学和班主任工作。这个班当时是一个大家公认的“问题班”。的确,在接手这个班后的第一个月里发生的事情,实在让人头痛不已。学生不按时交作业、劳动不积极、对老师不礼貌的行为数不胜数。在我与同事们的共同努力下,半个学期后整个班有了很大的变化。不过,最令人惊喜的是学生毕业时的语数测试成绩竟然排在全县第一。要知道,一个农村学校的班级要想与县城里那些有优质资源
In 2001, I was in charge of Chinese teaching and class teacher in a class of fifth grade in primary school. This class was a recognized “problem class ” at that time.
