富硅镁冶金镍渣是一种具有潜在火山灰活性的固体废弃物,可通过超细硅灰改性激发潜在活性,使其在硅酸盐水泥中火山灰反应充分,形成致密的网络状C-S-H凝胶,针刺状AFt等水化产物。抗压强度、粒度分布、比表面积、水化热、孔径分布、TG-DSC、SEM等宏观及微观测试表明,熟料∶镍渣∶硅灰∶石膏=85%∶5%∶5%∶5%体系的28d抗压强度可达67.1MPa,较空白样高近7MPa;水化诱导前期放热量峰值为0.19379J/g,水化加速期放热量峰值为0.25262J/g;体系1的28d水化试样粉末2~50nm细孔所占比例为51%,可明显观察到C-S-H凝胶,AFt等水化产物。
