目的:探讨192铱后装放疗对口腔癌的损伤和选择放疗的合适剂量。方法:以金黄地鼠颊囊鳞癌为模型,经192铱600Gy辐射后取材,并以颊囊粘膜上皮和未经辐射之鳞癌组织作为对照,在电镜下观察。结果:经192铱600Gy辐射后,癌细胞的线粒体变性、坏死,粗面内质网扩张,核仁破碎,染色质颗粒边集,表现为早期坏死的特征。结论:600Gy的单次放射剂量足以引起金黄地鼠口腔鳞癌细胞的不可逆损伤,此剂量可为临床用192铱后装放疗治疗口腔癌作参考。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the damage of 192 Iridium radiotherapy to oral cancer and the appropriate dose of radiotherapy. Methods: The golden hamster cheek squamous cell carcinoma was used as a model and irradiated with 192Gy 600Gy radiation. The cheek pouch mucosa epithelium and non-irradiated squamous cell carcinoma tissue were taken as control and observed under electron microscope. Results: After 192 iridium 600Gy radiation, the mitochondrial degeneration and necrosis of cancer cells, the expansion of rough endoplasmic reticulum, the break of nucleolus and the chromatin particles edge set showed the characteristics of early necrosis. Conclusion: A single radiation dose of 600 Gy can cause irreversible damage to oral squamous cell carcinoma of Hamster. This dose can be used as a reference for clinical treatment of oral cancer with 192 Iridium radiation therapy.
