人力资源是企业最宝贵资源,出版企业具有文化创意产业和知识密集型产业的特性,人才因素在影响企业价值创造成效中占有更大的比重。出版企业竞争归根结底就是人力资源建设的竞争,在很大程度上也是企业培训水平和能力的竞争。文章以人民卫生出版社有限公司培训机制体制和实践特点为主线,阐述了出版社分层、分级为各类员工提供培训服务的思路与作法,希望为出版企业人才培养提供借鉴。
Human resources are the most valuable resources for enterprises. Publishing enterprises have the characteristics of cultural and creative industries and knowledge-intensive industries. Talents occupy a greater proportion of the enterprises in creating value. In the final analysis, the competition among publishing enterprises is the competition of human resources construction. To a large extent, it is also the competition of the level and capability of enterprises training. The article takes the system and practice features of the training mechanism of People’s Health Publishing House Co., Ltd. as the main line, elaborates the ideas and practices of publishing houses for providing training services for all kinds of employees in different levels and levels, and hopes to provide reference for the personnel training in publishing enterprises.
