采集湖南烟区种植的9个不同基因型烤烟,运用灰色关联度分析方法研究了烟叶物理特性与主要化学指标间的关系。结果表明,烟叶物理特性与主要化学指标间的关系在不同部位间具有明显差异。其中,在物理特性的各项指标中,与中下部烟叶总糖含量关联程度较大的是长宽比,而上部烟叶则表现为叶片厚度。与中上部烟叶总氮、烟碱以及与下部烟叶烟碱含量关联程度较大的均是含梗率,与下部烟叶总氮含量关联程度较大的物理特性指标是叶长,双糖差、糖碱比、氮碱比在不同部位间的关联程度不同。叶片厚度是影响上部烟叶主要化学指标的重要因子,中下部烟叶的长宽比决定了烟株光合作用的强弱以及光合产物的累积量,从而间接反映出烤后烟叶品质的优劣。
Nine different genotypes of flue-cured tobacco grown in Hunan tobacco-growing areas were collected, and the relationship between the physical characteristics and the main chemical indexes of tobacco was studied by gray relational analysis. The results showed that the relationship between the physical characteristics of tobacco and the main chemical indicators in different parts of significant differences. Among them, the aspect ratio of the total sugar content of middle and lower tobacco leaves is the aspect ratio, while that of the upper tobacco leaf is the thickness of the leaves. And middle and upper leaf tobacco total nitrogen, nicotine and the nicotine content of the lower part of the leaf tobacco is relatively high with the rate of the total, with the lower part of the total nitrogen content of the larger physical indicators of leaf length, disaccharide poor, sugar Alkali ratio, nitrogen and alkali ratio in different parts of the correlation between the different levels. The thickness of leaves is an important factor affecting the main chemical indexes of the upper leaves. The aspect ratio of middle and lower leaves determines the photosynthesis of photosynthesis and the accumulation of photosynthetic products, which indirectly reflects the quality of the cured leaves.
