自从1983年Hans Borst将象鼻技术应用以来,该技术的很多变异术式不断发展.在这其中,冰冻象鼻技术(frozen elephant trunk technique,FET)是最有创新性的[1].这种包括主动脉弓修补及胸主动脉支架的置入的FET技术,现已发展成为适用于复杂类型胸主动脉患者的一种杂交手术方式[2].
