采用我国现行核临界安全标准及MCNP4C程序,对UF6转化金属铀生产线进行核临界安全分析和评价。选取国际公布的核临界基准实验数据,确认了MCNP4C程序计算分析被评价系统的偏倚和次临界限值。采取偏保守的假设条件,计算分析了镀铜工序正常与可信事故工况下的中子有效增殖因子,并结合核临界安全标准的要求,评价该生产线的安全性。分析结果表明,该生产线次临界控制参数或最大中子有效增殖因子均小于相应次临界限值,处于次临界安全状态。
Adopt China’s current nuclear criticality safety standard and MCNP4C program to conduct nuclear criticality safety analysis and evaluation of UF6 converted uranium metal production line. Select the international published nuclear criticality benchmark experimental data to confirm the MCNP4C program to calculate the bias and subcritical limits of the evaluated system. Taking partial conservative assumption, the effective growth factor of neutron in normal and credible accident condition of copper plating process was calculated and analyzed, and the safety of the production line was evaluated according to the requirement of nuclear criticality safety standard. The analysis results show that the sub-critical control parameters or the maximum effective neutron multiplication factor of the production line are less than the corresponding sub-critical limits and are in sub-critical safety status.
