以大重集团减速机厂生产的增速器作为研究对象,将六西格玛理论及数理统计控制理论灵活应用于风力发电相关产品的工序质量控制中。在详细分析工厂现状的情况下,提出了工序质量控制模型,将控制图分为分析用控制图和控制用控制图2个阶段,详述了分析用控制图、直方图和控制用控制图的判稳流程,同时将各个控制过程标准化,提出将质量BOM模型作为信息流载体,并以软件实现。最后通过实例论证了系统的实用性和有效性,克服了传统质量控制方法的不足。
The gearboxes produced by DZRG reducer plant are taken as research objects, and Six Sigma theory and mathematical statistics control theory are flexibly applied to the process quality control of wind power related products. In the detailed analysis of the status quo of the factory, the process quality control model is proposed. The control chart is divided into two stages: analysis control charts and control charts. The control charts, histograms and control charts Judge the steady flow, at the same time standardize the various control processes, put forward the quality BOM model as the information flow carrier, and realize it by software. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the system and to overcome the shortcomings of traditional quality control methods.
