目的 研究麻疹疫苗初免后不同间隔时间再免疫的血清抗体持久性。方法 采用血凝抑制试验方法检测329名观察对象血清中的麻疹抗体滴度。结果 麻疹疫苗初免后,不同间隔时间再免疫,相同抗体水平者再免与不再免疫,血清抗体阴转率差异均无显著意义。再免是否成功与再免前的血清抗体水平密切相关,而且,再免成功与否对免疫持久性无显著影响。再免疫可使抗体阴转和低抗体水平者的滴度迅速提高。结论 初免麻疹疫苗获得成功后,再免疫仅能暂时提高群体血清抗体滴度,但对延长抗体持久性无明显作用。
Objective To study the persistence of serum antibody against re-immunization at different intervals after initial immunization of measles vaccine. Methods The hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect the measles antibody titer in serum of 329 subjects. Results After the measles vaccine was immunized at different time intervals after immunization, the immunized patients with the same antibody level were either no longer immunized or immunized. There was no significant difference in the antibody negative rate of measles. The success or failure of reemission is closely related to the level of serum antibody before re-immunization, and the success or failure of reemission has no significant effect on the persistence of immunity. Re-immunization can rapidly increase antibody titers and low antibody titer. Conclusion After successful immunization of measles vaccine, re-immunization can only temporarily increase serum antibody titer in the population, but has no significant effect on prolonging the antibody durability.
