获得准确且稳定的SPAD值是使用叶绿素仪进行马铃薯氮素营养诊断的关键,而叶片SPAD值受多种因素影响,其中测定样本的大小直接影响植株SPAD平均值的稳定性。为了获得稳定且能准确反映马铃薯氮素营养状况的SPAD值,2011-2012年在内蒙古两地进行了田间试验,以确定适宜的测定样本数。结果表明,在充足供氮情况下,植株SPAD值变异较小;而氮素供应不足时,植株间SPAD值变异增加。根据两地试验结果,确定马铃薯氮素营养诊断的适宜样本数为30株。
Obtaining accurate and stable SPAD value is the key to the diagnosis of potato nitrogen nutrition using chlorophyll meter, and the leaf SPAD value is affected by many factors. The determination of the sample size directly affects the stability of the plant SPAD average value. In order to obtain a stable and accurate SPAD value that can reflect the status of nitrogen nutrition of potato, a field experiment was conducted in Inner Mongolia between 2011 and 2012 to determine the appropriate number of samples to be measured. The results showed that the variation of SPAD value of plants was small when nitrogen supply was sufficient, while the variation of SPAD value of plants was increased when the nitrogen supply was insufficient. According to the test results of the two places, it was determined that there were 30 suitable samples for the diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition in potato.
