今年5月以来,沁县纪委新一届领导班子精诚团结、扎实有效地开展各项工作,特别是创造性地推行工作“月结”制度,收到了良好效果。“月结”制度即在每个月的25日定期召开全县纪检监察系统会议,汇报当月工作并安排下阶段工作。会上,各乡镇纪委书记、县直单位纪委书记(纪检组长)及机关各室逐一汇报本月以来工作进展情况、存在的不足及下个月工作计划和目标,汇报结束后,县纪委领导随机提问纪检监察业务知识,基层纪委书记和各室主任当场回答,领导根据回答情况进行分析、点评和指导。随后,组织集体学习本月以来收集到的相关政策文件和业务知识,安排部署下阶段工作任务。
