在机理分析的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件对某钢厂水压试验系统的液压泵进行建模与故障仿真分析。建立了轴向柱塞泵的单柱塞运动方程子模型、流量方程的故障子模型,进而建立了完整的液压泵故障仿真模型。在此模型的基础上,通过设置相应参数,完成了液压泵正常工况以及常见故障工况的仿真。仿真结果表明,应用AMESim软件可以有效地对液压泵进行模拟,同时也为进一步深入研究液压泵的故障诊断及预测提供了前提条件和数据支持。“,”According to the mechanism analysis,AMESim was selected as the software environment to carry on modeling and fault simulating of a hydraulic pump of a hydraulic testing system in a steel plant.The whole model of axial piston variable pump was built based on sub-models of motion equation and flow equation for a single piston.The main parameters of the model were set to achieve different simulations of this pump both in normal condition and common fault conditions.The simulation results show that it is available to simulate the hydraulic pump.This model also provides a precondition and data support for further study of fault diagnosis and fault prediction in hydraulic pump.
