目的了解深圳市2010—2011年消毒食(饮)具洗涤剂残留状况。方法对深圳市2010年41家和2011年35家消毒餐具厂家生产的消毒食(饮)具进行抽样,共76套,每套有5种餐具,包括筷子、匙、茶杯、碗、碟。按《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》中洗消剂残留量采样与检验法和《生活饮用水检验方法》中阴离子合成洗涤剂-亚甲蓝分光光度法进行检测。结果 2010—2011年该市消毒食(饮)具中洗涤剂烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)检测结果总合格率分别为87.8%和98.8%,经比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.47,P<0.01)。其中筷子合格率最低,分别为46.3%和94.3%。结论深圳市消毒食(饮)具的洗涤剂残留2011年比2010年有所改善,仍有个别厂家存在问题,应加强监督力度。
Objective To understand the 2010-2011 disinfection of food (drinking) with detergent residue status. Methods A total of 76 sets of disinfection food (drinkware) produced by 41 disinfection tableware manufacturers in 2010 in Shenzhen and 2010 were sampled. Each set includes 5 kinds of tableware, including chopsticks, spoons, cups, bowls and dishes. According to “food (drinking) with disinfection health standards” decontamination residue sampling and testing methods and “drinking water test method” anionic synthetic detergent - methylene blue spectrophotometry were detected. Results The total qualified rate of detergent detergent alkylbenzene sulfonate (ABS) in the city from 2010 to 2011 was 87.8% and 98.8%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 17.47 , P <0.01). The lowest pass rate of chopsticks was 46.3% and 94.3% respectively. Conclusion The disinfectant food (detergent) in Shenzhen has improved its detergent residue in 2011 compared with 2010, and there are still some problems in individual manufacturers. Supervision should be strengthened.
