目的:在应用调制传递函数(简称MTF)进行早期青光眼的诊断中,寻找一种特殊的、敏感的量值,作为早期青光眼的诊断指标。方法:对34例(65只)早期青光眼,19例(37只)疑似青光眼及50例(100只)正常眼作了时空视觉调制传递函数测定并经统计学分析。结果:可疑青光眼组及早期青光眼组各频位MTF值均低于正常眼组各频位MTF值,但可疑青光眼组降低未超过两个标准差;早期青光眼组9.5周/度以上各频位(中、高频区)的MTF值降低均超过两个标准差,而7.5周/度以下各频位(低频区)降低均未超过两个标准差。并算出反映各组视觉特性的两个参数即W值:正常眼78.05、疑似青光眼77.85、早期青光眼71.17,σ值:正常眼0.394、疑似青光眼0.481、早期青光眼0.607。结论:中、高频区各频位MTF值降低超过两个标准差,W值低于71.17,σ值高于0.607可作为早期青光眼的诊断指标。
OBJECTIVE: To find a special and sensitive value in the diagnosis of early glaucoma by using modulation transfer function (MTF) as a diagnostic indicator of early glaucoma. Methods: 34 cases (65 cases) of early glaucoma, 19 cases (37 cases) of suspected glaucoma and 50 cases (100 cases) of normal eye were made by time-space visual modulation transfer function measurement and statistical analysis. Results: The MTF values of each frequency in the suspected glaucoma group and the early glaucoma group were lower than those in the normal eye group, but the suspicious glaucoma group did not reduce more than two standard deviations. In the early glaucoma group, the frequency of 9.5 weeks / The MTF values in the middle and high frequency regions both exceeded two standard deviations, while no decrease in the frequency bands below 7.5 cycles / degree (low frequency region) exceeded two standard deviations. And calculate two parameters that reflect the visual characteristics of each group W values: normal eye 78.05, suspected glaucoma 77.85, early glaucoma 71.17, σ values: normal eye 0.394, suspected glaucoma 0.481, early glaucoma 0.607. CONCLUSION: The MTF value of each frequency in the middle and high frequency regions is reduced by more than two standard deviations, the W value is lower than 71.17 and the value of σ is higher than 0.607, which can be used as a diagnostic index for early glaucoma.
