目的通过调查分析三林社区妇女对乳腺癌的相关知识、态度及高危行为,为社区乳腺癌防治提供有效依据。方法以三林社区妇女病普查人群为对象,采用分组问卷调查的形式进行调查。结果按年龄分层,9个以上易感因素的人群呈正态分布,农村组和居民组在乳腺肿瘤防治知晓及态度情况较好的分别为24.75%和36.79%,在易感因素分析中农村组有工作压力的人群仅占13.89%,而居民组却达到了54.69%。结论40～50岁的女性人群为乳腺癌最高危的人群,相对危险因素较集中,应是干预的重点人群。提高人群的乳腺癌防治意识,限制多方位易感因素的诱发,改变其高危行为是有效控制乳腺癌发病率的关键。
Objective To investigate and analyze the knowledge, attitude and risk behaviors of breast cancer in women in Sanlin Community, and provide an effective basis for community breast cancer prevention and treatment. Methods The survey population of women in Sanlin community was used as the research object. Results Stratified by age, more than 9 subjects were susceptible to the normal distribution of the population, and rural residents and residents in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer awareness and good attitude were 24.75% and 36.79%, respectively, in the analysis of predisposing factors rural The group had working pressure of the population accounted for only 13.89%, while the resident group has reached 54.69%. Conclusion The female population aged 40-50 years is the highest risk group of breast cancer. The relative risk factors are more concentrated and should be the key population of intervention. To raise awareness of breast cancer prevention and control in populations, to limit the induction of multi-dimensional susceptibility factors and to change their high-risk behaviors are the keys to effectively controlling the incidence of breast cancer.
