甲状旁腺囊肿罕见,我院收治一例,现报告如下。 周××,47岁,男性,住院号155490。因颈部肿块2年余,不伴其他症状于1979年5月24日入院。检查:甲状腺左叶下极可扪及直径约5cm囊性肿块,随吞咽上下移动。检验:血清钙9.7mm%、磷2.86mg%。术前诊断为左侧甲状腺下极囊肿,在针刺麻醉下行囊肿摘除术。术中见囊肿直径约5cm,从左叶甲状腺下极后方伸出。将囊肿完整剥出,剥离囊肿内侧壁时,患者出现声嘶,术后有左喉返神经麻痹临床表现。经理疗等
Parathyroid cysts are rare. One case has been treated in our hospital. The report is as follows. Zhou X, 47, male, hospital number 155490. The neck mass was admitted to hospital on May 24, 1979 without any other symptoms for more than 2 years. Examination: The left lower lobe of the thyroid gland can be paralyzed with a cystic mass about 5 cm in diameter and move up and down with swallowing. Test: Serum calcium 9.7mm%, phosphorus 2.86mg%. Preoperative diagnosis was a left thyroid inferior cyst, and cystectomy was performed under acupuncture anesthesia. The diameter of the cyst was about 5cm during operation and it protruded from the left lower lobe of the thyroid gland. When the cyst was completely peeled off and the inner wall of the cyst was peeled off, the patient developed a hoarseness and there was a clinical manifestation of left recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy.
