本文对109例确诊或可疑脑干病变的病人进行了BAEP测试,并随机抽样38例同时检测鼓膜电极Ecochg。与同样方法测试的健康对照组比较结果如下:(1)病人组BAEP测试中,其I波不能辩认者占20.1%;(2)Ecochg的N_1与BAEP的波I潜伏期,N_1—V和I—V峰间期无统计学差异(P>0.5)。因此,在BAEP波I不清时,N_1可代替波I进行峰间期测量。这样使抽样组BAEP正确评估率提高34.2%。
In this paper, 109 cases of patients with confirmed or suspected brain stem lesions were tested by BAEP, and 38 cases of simultaneous detection of the tympanic electrode Ecochg were randomly selected. The results of the comparison with the healthy control group tested by the same method are as follows: (1) In the BAEP test of the patient group, the I wave can not be identified accounted for 20.1%; (2) The wave I latency, N_1 -V and I -V peak interval was no significant difference (P> 0.5). Therefore, when BAEP wave I is unclear, N_1 can replace peak I for inter-peak period measurement. This resulted in a 34.2% improvement in the correct rating of the sample BAEP.
