近年来随着MHC分子对抗原识别理论的阐明以及癌基因结构和功能的深入研究,以MHC癌基因抗原肽为基础旨在诱导CD8+CTL介导的细胞免疫反应为主的肿瘤疫苗研究进展迅速,提示癌基因抗原肽疫苗有望应用于肿瘤特异性免疫治疗。
In recent years, with the elucidation of antigen recognition theory by MHC molecules and the in-depth study of the structure and function of oncogenes, rapid progress has been made in the research of tumor vaccines based on MHConcogene antigen peptides that are designed to induce CD8+CTL-mediated cellular immune responses. It is suggested that the oncogene antigen peptide vaccine is expected to be applied to tumor-specific immunotherapy.
