目的探讨准分子激光上皮下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗近视的疗效。方法对33例(63眼)角膜厚度不适合LASIK手术的近视患者行LASEK手术,术前裸眼视力,最佳矫正视力,术前球镜度数。随访月。结果术后58眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。术后50眼有轻度不适。术后21眼出现haze:0.5级13眼,1级7眼,2级1眼。术后8眼(12.69%)出现高眼压。结论 LASEK兼具LASIK和PRK的优点,无严重并发症,手术预测性好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of excimer laser subepithelial inherectomy (LASEK) on myopia. Methods Thirty-three patients (63 eyes) with myopic corneal thickness unsuitable for LASIK underwent LASEK operation. The patients had uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity and preoperative spherical power. Follow-up month. Results 58 eyes achieved or surpassed the best corrected visual acuity. 50 postoperative mild discomfort. Postoperative 21 haze: 0.5 grade 13 eyes, grade 1 7 eyes, grade 2 eyes 1. Postoperative ocular hypertension occurred in 8 eyes (12.69%). Conclusion LASEK combines the advantages of LASIK and PRK without serious complications and good predictive value.
