针对目前建筑工程项目中存在的模板搭设时间长、施工效率低、费工费时、质量差、资源浪费严重和美观性能差等问题,多数建筑工程企业在工作中都致力于模板支撑技术改进与优化。经过多年的潜心钻研,一种新的模板支撑体系和搭设技术应运而生,这种模板支撑体系即我们们常说的数字化钢性模板支撑体系。这种模板支撑体系的出现与应用为现代化工程施工提供了安全便捷的模板支撑基础。本文就数字化钢性支撑体系在混凝土结构模板中的应用进行分析与总结,并提出相关注意事项。
In view of the current problems in the long-term construction of the formwork in the construction project, low construction efficiency, time-consuming work, poor quality, serious waste of resources, and poor aesthetic performance, most construction companies are committed to improving and optimizing the formwork support technology during their work. . After years of painstaking research, a new formwork support system and erection technology came into being. This formwork support system is the digital steel formwork support system that we often refer to. The appearance and application of this formwork support system provide a safe and convenient formwork support base for modern engineering construction. This article analyzes and summarizes the application of digital steel support system in concrete structural formwork, and puts forward the relevant matters needing attention.
