现代商业竞争越来越激烈,很多公司想在短期内获得公司的扩大就想采取一些能使公司走“捷径”的方法,那就是公司并购。并购能使公司或者企业在短期内扩大经营规模、整合市场资源、提升企业竞争力而被大公司青睐。本文就并购反垄断审查的效率抗辩进行纵向分析,并阐述效率抗辩的内涵以及我国的反垄断审查应建立的效率抗辩制度。
