本文是对一名中学英语青年骨干教师专业成长的个案研究。研究表明,首先青年教师应有深厚的专业知识和过硬的业务能力,这是成长为骨干教师的专业基础。其次,青年教师只有胸怀远大的专业理想,才会有源源不断的内驱力推动自己的专业水平不断朝前发展。第三,专业自主学习和反思是成就骨干教师的必经途径。最后,创新使教师能创造性解决问题和改进教学质量,是骨干教师的核心素养之一。
This article is a case study of the professional growth of a middle school English young backbone teacher. The research shows that first of all, young teachers should have profound professional knowledge and excellent business skills, which is the professional basis for growing up as a key teacher. Second, only young teachers with ambitious professional ideals will have a steady stream of internal drive to promote their own professional standards continue to move forward. Thirdly, professional self-study and reflection are the necessary ways to accomplish key teachers. Finally, innovation enables teachers to creatively solve problems and improve teaching quality, which is one of the core qualities of key teachers.
