项目亏损像一颗毒瘤,危害施工企业健康,给企业带来蚀骨钻心之疼,连续的项目亏损,甚至会压垮企业,造成企业破产死亡。造成项目亏损的原因有很多,有外因,有内因,但内因是多数,是主因。抛开外因不谈,就项目内部管理来说,亏损有一个病变的过程,只是有的明显,有的不明显而已。如何认清项目亏损病变,及时把脉问医,是当前向亏损项目宣战活动中对症下药,堵塞项目管理漏洞,减轻项目亏损,甚至实现项目扭亏为盈的先决条件。以下十种“病变”就要引起领导层高度重视,下定决心,及早根治。
