设计了一种可测量复合推进剂在应变条件下燃速的实验装置,对3种复合推进剂在不同环境压强和不同应变下的燃速进行了测量,对实验数据进行了分析。结果表明,选用的复合推进剂在0%~20%应变状态下燃速随应变增加而增大,但没有发生突变;复合推进剂有应变时,粘合剂会产生一定量的微小空隙和疏松,这种结构的变化导致其燃速增加;同一应变条件下,固体含量高的推进剂燃速变化更剧烈。
An experimental device that can measure the burning rate of composite propellant under strain condition was designed. The burning rate of three kinds of composite propellant at different ambient pressures and different strains were measured. The experimental data were analyzed. The results show that the burning rate of the selected composite propellant increases with the increase of strain at 0% ~ 20% strain, but no sudden change occurs. When the composite propellant has strain, the adhesive will produce a certain amount of tiny voids and loose The change of the structure leads to the increase of the burning rate. Under the same strain condition, the solid content of the propellant changes more rapidly.
