通过河北定州中学案例分析,提出培育自己的名优教师是县域高中可持续发展的动力。县域高中可依据校情,制定培育“名师”的方案;加强师德师风建设,培育“名师”职业精神;通过完善青年教师培养机制、强化青年教师理想信念等,多措并举抓青年教师成长。
Through the case analysis of Dingzhou middle school in Hebei province, it is proposed that cultivating famous teachers in our county is the driving force for the sustainable development of county high schools. According to the school situation, the county high school may formulate a plan of nurturing “famous teachers”; strengthen the construction of ethics and moral standards and cultivate the professionalism of “famous teachers”; improve the young teachers’ training mechanism and strengthen the ideals and beliefs of young teachers and so on. Grasp the growth of young teachers.
