大陆与港、澳、台地区使用的汉字字形不一致 ,给信息交流带来很大的不便。对汉字字形的使用 ,应该新立法规。秦始皇“书同文”是中国最早的字形立法 ,其历史经验值得借鉴。对汉字字形的立法要顺应汉字的进化规律。港、澳、台地区要采用部分简化字 ,大陆也可将一些简体字适度繁化。汉字字形立法可分三步走 ,最终达到“书同文”。这将是团结海内外华人、巩固祖国统一的重要纽带。
