我院1996年1月至1998年12月共收治眼外伤135例,基保眼球穿孔伤48例,占35.5％,现分析报告如下。1 临床资料 48例均为单眼伤,右眼22例,左眼26例。其中男39例,女9例,男女之比为4.3:1。年龄15～50岁37例占77.1％,14岁以下8例占16.7％,50岁以上3例占6.2％;树枝、木条致作11例;铁屑、锐器、钢丝等致伤8例;车祸致伤8例;玩耍时剪刀、弹弓等致伤4例;爆竹炸伤2例。致伤部位:角膜裂伤28例占58.3％;巩膜裂伤4例占8.3％;角巩膜裂伤11例占22.9％;眼球破裂伤5例占10.4％。并发症:虹膜脱出30例;前房出血21例;晶体及玻璃体脱出24例;外伤性白内障17例;球内异物8例。
Our hospital from January 1996 to December 1998 were treated 135 cases of eye injury, guillotine eye ball puncture injury in 48 cases, accounting for 35.5%, the analysis report is as follows. 1 clinical data of 48 cases were single eye injury, right eye in 22 cases, left eye in 26 cases. The age of 15-50 years old 37 cases accounted for 77.1%, 8 cases of 14 years of age accounted for 16.7%, 3 cases over the age of 6 accounted for 6.2%; branches, wood caused by 11 cases; iron filings, sharps, wire and other injuries in 8 cases ; 8 cases of car accident injuries; playing scissors, slingshot and other injuries in 4 cases; 2 cases of firecracker wounded. Injured parts: 28 cases of corneal laceration accounted for 58.3%; 4 cases of scleral laceration accounted for 8.3%; 11 cases of scleral laceration accounted for 22.9%; 5 cases of ocular rupture accounted for 10.4%. Complications: iris prolapse in 30 cases; anterior chamber hemorrhage in 21 cases; crystal and vitreous prolapse in 24 cases; traumatic cataract in 17 cases; intracapsular foreign body in 8 cases.
