如何充分、有效地利用井底有限的水力能量 ,一直是石油钻井科技工作者所关心的一个研究问题。既要能够提高水力能量的利用率 ,同时又要易于井下实现 ,设计出这样一种装置是十分必要和迫切的。新型水力增压装置由此应运而生。文章简单介绍了国内外增压研究现状及应用情况 ,从理论上比较详细地探讨了新型井下水力增压装置的增压机理、增压装置腔室流体流动特性 ,建立井下水力增压物理模型及腔室流体流动模型以及影响因素的计算模型 ,为增压装置的进一步研究奠定了理论基础
How to fully and effectively utilize the limited hydraulic energy in the bottom of the hole has always been a research concern of petroleum drilling technologists. It is necessary and urgent to design such a device not only to improve the utilization rate of hydraulic energy but also to be easy to realize underground. The new hydraulic booster device came into being. In this paper, the present situation and application of pressurization research both at home and abroad are briefly introduced. The supercharging mechanism of the new type of underground turbocharger, the fluid flow characteristics in the chamber of turbocharger, and the establishment of physical model of underground hydraulic pressurization are discussed in detail. The cavity fluid flow model and the calculation model of the influencing factors have laid a theoretical foundation for the further research of the supercharger
