内幕交易作为一个一直困扰着证券市场健康发展的问题,受到了越来越多的重视,我国的证券市场正处于发展初期,不成熟的制度很容易导致内幕交易。内幕交易的负面影响尤为巨大,如何让我国禁止内幕交易的制度更加完善成为了每一个法律人的肩上重任。认真研究我国关于禁止内幕交易的立法现状,有助于在禁止内幕交易这条路上走得更稳更健康。
As a problem that haunts the healthy development of the securities market, insider trading has received more and more attention. The securities market of our country is in the early stage of development. The immature system can easily lead to insider trading. The negative impact of insider trading is particularly tremendous. How to make our country’s system of banning insider trading more perfect has become the legal responsibility of every legal person. A careful study of the status quo of legislation on the prohibition of insider trading in our country will help us to achieve a more steady and healthy path on the road to prohibiting insider trading.
