目的:优化蛇柏妇炎栓的提取及制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,分别以盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素提取量为考察指标,进行综合评分,优选蛇柏妇炎栓的提取工艺;通过栓剂制备过程中基质与药物的混合状态、流动性、外观、硬度、融变时限、溶出度及留样观察等考察结果,确定其制备工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为6倍量的85%乙醇,提取2次,每次2 h;最佳制备工艺为选择基质PEG6000-PEG600(3∶7),用量与清膏等重。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂中试生产的依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction and preparation of snake baifuyan suppository. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to extract the amount of berberine hydrochloride and osthole respectively, and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out to optimize the extraction process of snake bovine gynecological suppository. Through the mixture of matrix and drug in the process of suppository preparation, Fluidity, appearance, hardness, thawing time, dissolution and observation of remaining samples to determine the preparation process. Results: The optimal extraction process was 6 times the amount of 85% ethanol extracted 2 times, each 2 h; the best preparation process for the selection matrix PEG6000-PEG600 (3: 7), the amount of clear paste and other weight. Conclusion: The optimal process is scientific and reasonable and can be used as the basis for pilot production of this preparation.
