研究了一种使2024铝合金同时获得高强度和良好塑性的加工工艺——室温条件下的小变形量、多道次冷轧和180℃×720 min真空时效热处理工艺。经过上述处理方法的样品伸长率可达9%,较T351工艺条件下样品伸长率高30%;同时,与T351工艺条件下比较,屈服强度提高~80 MPa。
In this paper, a kind of processing technology to make 2024 aluminum alloy high strength and good ductility at the same time is studied-small deformation at room temperature, multi-pass cold rolling and 180 ℃ × 720 min vacuum aging treatment. After the above treatment method, the elongation of the sample can reach 9%, which is 30% higher than that of the T351 process. Meanwhile, the yield strength is increased by ~80 MPa when compared with the T351 process.
