目的了解仪征市预防接种门诊运行现状,探讨数字化预防接种门诊建设模式,达到预防接种管理科学化、规范化和制度化的目的。方法 2014年1~3月依据江苏省规范化预防接种门诊验收和督导表内容,采取现场查看、查阅资料和随机走访群众等方式,对全市18个预防接种门诊进行现状调查。结果全市18个预防接种门诊共有工作人员77名,平均年龄42.3岁,与服务人口配比1.31/万;实行大厅式服务且功能区域分隔明显的门诊占22.22%;没有一个门诊在开诊期间播放预防接种知识电视宣传片;群众对门诊环境满意的占77.50%,对工作人员服务态度满意的占80.00%,对疫苗接种知识知晓率83.75%。结论建议加大经费投入,稳步推进数字化预防接种门诊建设,切实改善预防接种门诊内外环境;合理增加人员编制,定期组织开展业务培训和督导;广泛开展预防接种知识宣传活动,提升预防接种在群众心目中的形象,体现真诚服务群众的理念。
Objective To understand the status quo of outpatient outpatient operation in Yizheng and discuss the construction mode of digital vaccination clinics so as to achieve the goal of scientific, standardized and institutional vaccination management. Methods From January to March of 2014, based on the content of standardized vaccination clinics in Jiangsu Province, the contents of inspection and supervision table were taken, and the status quo of 18 vaccination clinics in the city were investigated by on-site inspection, access to information and random visits to the public. Results There were 77 staff members in the 18 outpatient vaccinations in the city, with an average age of 42.3 years and a ratio of 1.31 / 10,000 to the service population; 22.22% of the outpatients with lobby service and functional areas were obviously separated; none of the clinics was broadcast during the clinic Vaccination of knowledge TV commercials; masses of out-patient environment satisfaction 77.50%, 80.00% satisfied with the staff service attitude, knowledge of vaccination knowledge rate of 83.75%. Conclusions It is suggested to increase funding, steadily push forward the construction of digital vaccination clinics, effectively improve the internal and external environment of vaccination clinics, rationally increase staffing levels, regularly organize business training and supervision, and conduct extensive publicity campaigns on vaccination to enhance public awareness of vaccination among the public In the image, reflecting the concept of sincere service to the masses.
