核因子-κB及Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的检测核因子-κB(NF-κB)及Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨它们与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及两者之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测54例胃癌组织和32例正常胃黏膜组织中NF-κB及Bcl-2的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中NF-κB及Bcl-2的阳性表达率均明显高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);胃癌组织中NF-κB的表达与肿瘤分化程度、癌组织浸润深度及临床分期有关(P<0.05),Bcl-2的表达与临床分期有关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中NF-κB及Bcl-2的表达具有关联性(C=0.508,P<0.01)。结论 NF-κB是重要的转录调控因子,Bcl-2高表达可引起细胞凋亡抑制,两者通过调节细胞凋亡而参与胃癌的发生发展过程,胃癌组织中NF-κB及Bcl-2均呈现高表达且存在关联性,NF-κB可能通过上调Bcl-2的表达促进胃癌的发生发展。 Objective To detect the expression of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma and to explore the relationship between NF-κB and clinicopathological features and their correlation. Methods The expressions of NF-κB and Bcl-2 in 54 gastric cancer tissues and 32 normal gastric mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P method). Results The positive rates of NF-κB and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa tissues (P <0.05). The expression of NF-κB in gastric cancer tissues was correlated with tumor differentiation, depth of invasion and clinical stage (P <0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 was correlated with clinical stage (P <0.05). The expressions of NF-κB and Bcl-2 were correlated in gastric cancer (C = 0.508, P <0.01). Conclusions NF-κB is an important transcriptional regulator. High expression of Bcl-2 can cause apoptosis inhibition. Both of them are involved in the development and progression of gastric cancer by regulating apoptosis.
