测定５１例乳腺癌，１５例良性乳腺疾病及１７例各种其它良、恶性疾病，结果显示：抗人乳腺癌单克隆抗体ＢＧ＿６特异性较强，但诊断阳性率仅为７６．７％，如与多克隆抗体ＣＥＡ联合使用，可大大提高其阳性率，即两种抗体交叉阳性率可达９６％．在乳腺癌类型中，恶性度较大的单纯癌、硬癌及浸润型导管癌，ＢＧ＿６阳性率表达显著高于其它类型。对少数乳腺腺病及囊性增生症病例中出现阳性，可能反映乳腺上皮的癌变过程。
The determination of 51 cases of breast cancer, 15 cases of benign breast disease and 17 cases of various other benign and malignant diseases showed that the specificity of anti-human breast cancer monoclonal antibody BG 6 was strong, but the diagnostic positive rate was only 76.7%. Combined with polyclonal antibody CEA, it can greatly increase the positive rate, that is, the cross-positive rate of the two antibodies can reach 96%. Among the breast cancer types, the positive rate of BG_6 positive expression was significantly higher than that of other types in simple cancer, hard cancer, and infiltrating ductal cancer. Positive in a small number of cases of breast adenosis and cystic hyperplasia may reflect the cancerous process of breast epithelium.
