目的 :研究缬草提取物对胆囊结石的治疗作用与对血浆载脂蛋白、血清及胆汁类脂水平影响的关系。方法 :大耳白种家兔 ,手术植入人胆固醇为主的混合结石。实验组灌喂缬草提取物 ,对照组灌喂等容、等渗盐水 ,8周后取出胆囊结石称重 ,取胆总管胆汁测胆固醇、磷脂、总胆汁酸浓度 ;取血清查载脂蛋白A1、B及胆固醇、磷脂、总胆汁酸水平。结果 :实验组胆囊结石平均重量较对照组明显减轻 (P <0 0 1) ,结石消失率达 75 % ;实验组血清胆固醇及总胆汁酸水平低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,载脂蛋白A1高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,载脂蛋白B低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,胆总管胆汁酸实验组高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :缬草提取物对胆囊结石有明显治疗作用 ,其治疗作用与其对血清载脂蛋白及对血、胆汁内的类脂质水平改变有关。
Objective: To study the relationship between the therapeutic effect of Valeriana extract on gallstones and the influence of plasma apolipoprotein, serum and bile lipid levels. Methods : Large-eared white rabbits were implanted with human cholesterol-based mixed stones. The experimental group was fed with the extract of Valerian herb, the control group was given isotonic and isotonic saline, and gallstones were removed after 8 weeks. Cholesterol bile was taken to measure cholesterol, phospholipids, and total bile acid concentration; serum apolipoprotein A1 was taken. , B and cholesterol, phospholipids, total bile acid levels. Results: The average weight of gallstones in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0 01), and the disappearance of stones was 75%. The serum cholesterol and total bile acid levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0 05, P < 0 0 1), apolipoprotein A1 was higher than control group (P <0 01), apolipoprotein B was lower than control group (P <0 01), common bile duct bile acid test group was higher than control group (P < 0 0 5 ). Conclusion: Herba extract has a significant therapeutic effect on gallstones, and its therapeutic effect is related to the changes of serum apolipoprotein and lipid levels in blood and bile.
