本文提出一种非图解的气动程序控制回路的设计方法——“插入-逻辑禁法”。通过举例说明回路设计中的三个主要步骤:怎样插入中间记忆元件,判别障碍,用逻辑禁求主控信号。本方法具有简单方便,所用中间记忆元件少,回路采用无源或非元件尤为合适。设计严格,通用性强等特点。仅要求设计者遵守一些规则,就能迅速地获得令人满意、工作可靠的控制回路。本方法可用于设计气压传动中各种控制方式(气动、射流、电气和电子等)的回路。图3幅表3个,参考文献11则。
This paper presents a non-graphical design of the pneumatic process control loop - “insert - logic ban.” By way of an example of three main steps in a loop design: how to insert an intermediate memory element, identify obstacles, and disable the master signal with logic.
